1. Ordering and Purchase
Our website allows you to purchase Flight Experiences/package. Before placing an order, please carefully review the experience details, including eligibility, conditions, and any limitations. These apply in addition to the terms below.
Submitting your order constitutes an offer to purchase and confirms that:
• You have reviewed all relevant details;
• The payment card used is valid and yours;
• Sufficient funds are available.
We reserve the right to decline your order if:
• The service is unavailable;
• Payment cannot be authorised;
• You are ineligible to purchase; or
• There is an error in pricing or description.
We will confirm acceptance via email, at which point a binding contract is in place. Please check all details in the confirmation and contact us immediately if anything is incorrect.
2. Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are processed through a secure third-party provider. Your Flight Experience will only be issued once full payment has been received and authorised.
3. Issuing and Using Gift Flight Experience
Gift Flight Experience will be issued to the email or postal address provided at checkout.
If you do not receive your email within 7 days, please contact us and we will assist.
– All gift Flight experiences are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
– All gift Flight experiences cannot be exchanged for cash.
– All gift Flight experiences must be redeemed and used within their validity period. Expired vouchers cannot be refunded or extended.
4. Weather and Operational Delays
Flight Experiences are subject to weather conditions, aircraft availability, and operational safety requirements.
If your flight is cancelled due to poor weather or operational reasons, we will:
• Work with you to reschedule your booking at no additional cost;
• Refunds will not be provided unless required by law or agreed at our sole discretion.
We recommend booking early and allowing flexibility in your schedule to avoid disappointment.
5. Liability
We do not limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or where legally not permitted.
However, we are not responsible for:
• Indirect, incidental, or business-related losses;
• Missed travel, accommodation, or other associated costs if a flight is postponed.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, images, and descriptions, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse content for commercial purposes without our written consent.
7. Transfer Restrictions
Flight Experience vouchers may not be sold, assigned, or transferred without our permission.
8. Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. All personal information is handled in accordance with Australian privacy legislation. By purchasing a gift Flight Experience, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
9. General Provisions
While we aim to keep the website accurate and up to date, it is provided “as is”.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes do not affect already purchased vouchers.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder will continue in effect.
We shall not be liable for delay or failure due to circumstances beyond our control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and disputes shall be handled under the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the NSW courts.
